Struct JobHistoryEntry

Expand description

One structured audit-log row for the history IPC.

Unlike TransactionRecord (which crosses the proto boundary and omits the creation timestamp), this is a serde-only DTO carried over the JSON daemon wire. It exists so programmatic clients (the MCP sysknife_history tool) get typed risk_level and created_at instead of re-parsing formatted text. created_at is the ISO-8601 timestamp stored at insert time.
