Named selection of ordered Order in which bytes are loaded and stored.

Limited to types we want to implement.

This is more or less unused and stored here for external use due to the restrictions placed on const fn work. Even with every unstable activated there are still too many to do certain things to broaden testing in a stable way, so this will have to do for now.
