Enum ChannelMode

Whether decoded channels are mixed to mono or kept separate.

Default is Self::Mono: it follows DecodeOptions::speech, the one-call crate::decode / crate::read contract. General audio uses DecodeOptions::audio or DecodeOptions::unbounded (Self::Split), not a silent default flip.
