Fields

timestamp: String

ISO-8601 / RFC-3339 UTC timestamp of when the SBOM was emitted — the wall clock by default, or SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH when set (#1292), which makes it deterministic for a reproducible build.

tools: Vec<Tool>

The tool(s) that produced the described artifact — here, synth itself.

properties: Vec<Property>

#1293: the build environment that can change emitted bytes — every SYNTH_* variable set for this compilation, sorted by name. Omitted when empty so a default build’s SBOM is unchanged.
