This event contains chunks of the arguments being passed to a tool. Arguments are streamed as JSON string deltas.

base: BaseEvent

Common event fields (timestamp, rawEvent).

tool_call_id: ToolCallId

The tool call ID this argument chunk belongs to.

delta: String

The argument delta (JSON string chunk).
