pub enum ClientInput {
Shared,
Exclusive,
}Expand description
Who may drive a daemon session with several clients attached
(client_input; spec multi-client-sessions.md §6). Every client is
the daemon’s own user.
Shared(default): every drive client (not--observe) may send input; the one that did last is the active client.Exclusive: only the input owner may; the others are read-only until they/takeover(the behaviour beforeclient_input).
On the wire a missing value means Exclusive: an older daemon enforces
the owner.

Implementations§
Source§impl ClientInput
impl ClientInput
Sourcepub fn parse(val: &str) -> Option<ClientInput>
pub fn parse(val: &str) -> Option<ClientInput>
shared | exclusive (case-insensitive).
Sourcepub fn wire_default() -> ClientInput
pub fn wire_default() -> ClientInput
The wire’s default: what a snapshot from an older daemon means.
