Expand description

Eligible-account summary produced by evaluate.

Fields§

§utilization: Option<f64>

Max utilization over applicable windows (None = proven-not-limited only).

§budget_reset_ms: Option<u64>

Reset instant of the budget window (see budget_window), if the provider reports one that lies in the future. A reset at or before now_ms is not evidence of a new window and is reported as None.

§anchored: Option<bool>

Whether the budget window’s reset is a fixed instant (Some(true)) or slides with the observation because the window has not been started by a first use yet (Some(false), see is_unanchored). None when there is no budget reset to classify.

§tier: u8

Priority tier under Strategy::SoonestReset, computed for every eligible seat regardless of strategy so any ranking can be explained: 1 = anchored and resetting within the urgent horizon (capacity about to be lost), 2 = unanchored (using it starts the clock), 3 = anchored beyond the horizon (earliest deadline first), 4 = no reset evidence (headroom proven, deadline unknown). Unknown anchoring with a known reset is treated as anchored.

§graced: bool

Eligible on a last good reading because its current usage read failed transiently (see SelectionRequest::grace).

impl<T> Downcast for T
where T: Any,

Source§

fn into_any(self: Box<T>) -> Box<dyn Any>

Convert Box<dyn Trait> (where Trait: Downcast) to Box<dyn Any>. Box<dyn Any> can then be further downcast into Box<ConcreteType> where ConcreteType implements Trait.
