Audit record for an extension rewriting a tool’s output via HookResult::Replace. Captures WHO rewrote WHICH tool’s output and WHEN, plus sizes — never the content (privacy), matching the provider-audit policy.

Fields

timestamp: String

RFC3339 UTC timestamp.

plugin_id: String

hook: String

Hook that fired (e.g. “after_tool_call”).

tool_name: Option<String>

Tool whose output was rewritten, when tool-specific.

action: String

Action taken (currently always “replace”).

observed_len: usize

Length (bytes) of the output the extension observed. For large outputs this is the 32 KB event preview, not the full original.

replacement_len: usize

Length (bytes) of the replacement the extension returned.
