Fields

max_retained_payload_bytes: usize

Max payload bytes retained for post-invoke consumption (excluding the control reserve).

max_retained_events: usize

Max events retained for post-invoke consumption (control-reserve retentions may exceed this by their structurally bounded count).

control_reserve_bytes: usize

Byte reserve for post-budget control retention.

Effectively unlimited budgets. MUTATION ORACLE ONLY: tests use this to prove the bounded-retention assertions are sensitive to the budget (disabling it must retain the whole flood). Production call sites must use InvokeOutputBudget::default.
