Unix second from which the server may be retried.

pub fn suppresses(&self, fingerprint: &str, now_unix: u64) -> bool

Whether boot discovery for a server currently fingerprinting as fingerprint should be skipped at now_unix. A changed fingerprint (config edit) retries immediately; so does a record stamped in the future (the clock moved backwards), rather than stretching the backoff.
