The selected/pinned pair a runtime works with for one attempt: the credential the broker chose and the token vended for exactly that credential. Account-specific headers (e.g. the Codex account id) must be derived from token, never from a second lookup.

Seat fingerprint derived from THIS token’s own identity claim (Codex: the JWT chatgpt_account_id), comparable with AccountSummary::seat_fingerprint. None when the token carries no account identity — callers that must spend on exactly one listed seat treat None or a mismatch as “do not send”.
