Top-level error type for the city generation pipeline.

Every public entry point that can fail returns Result<_, GenerationError>. The variants distinguish recoverable configuration errors from degenerate input geometry and from internal invariant violations.

Variants

InvalidConfig

A configuration parameter was non-finite, non-positive, or otherwise out of the documented valid range.
