system_agent_id: AgentId

Stable identity for system-originated messages (API calls, HTTP input). Created once at runtime startup and reused for all internal messages so audit trails can consistently attribute system actions.

agentpin_verifier: Option<Arc<dyn AgentPinVerifier>>

Optional AgentPin verifier, constructed when RuntimeConfig.agentpin.enabled == true. When present, the HTTP ingress paths (inter-agent messaging, heartbeat, push-event) and the cron scheduler require a valid AgentPin JWT whose sub/agent claims cover the acting agent.
