#[non_exhaustive]pub enum Mode {
Strict,
Lenient,
}Expand description
How strictly a response is read.
Lenient skips unknown input and tolerates inconsistent metadata. Neither mode relaxes limits, truncation, or tool-call consistency.
Variants (Non-exhaustive)§
This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
Strict
Anything unknown or inconsistent is an error.
Lenient
Unknown input is skipped and inconsistent metadata tolerated.
