Crate supercode_opencode_frontend 

Stock OpenCode frontend adapters over the canonical Supercode SDK runtime.

This removable crate projects one already-running SDK runtime into the exact HTTP vocabulary consumed by pinned OpenCode. It never owns an agent, model loop, OpenCode database, source-harness store, or canonical session.
