Typed “this engine cannot serve this task kind” error.
Engines return this (instead of an ad-hoc string) when a task of a
kind they don’t implement reaches their dispatch, so the session
classifies the failure as non-retryable via a downcast
(runtime::is_unsupported_kind) instead of sniffing message text.
The rendered message keeps the legacy <engine> engine cannot serve <kind> tasks shape operators already grep for.
