How a FrameCompressor holds its dictionary: owned, as FrameCompressor::set_encoder_dictionary attaches one, or borrowed for the compressor’s lifetime through FrameCompressor::new_with_matcher_and_dictionary, so a short-lived compressor reads a prepared dictionary without taking a reference on it. Implemented for EncoderDictionary and &EncoderDictionary only.

Whether the compressor owns what it holds, so its footprint counts it.

Dyn Compatibility

This trait is not dyn compatible.
