pub enum Sequence {
Triple {
literal_len: usize,
offset: usize,
match_len: usize,
},
Literals {
len: usize,
},
}Expand description
Sequences that a Matcher can produce, in block order.
A sequence names lengths, not bytes: the literals are the block’s own bytes, and the encoder reads them from the block by position. The sequences of a block therefore cover it from its first byte, in order, each one’s literals followed by its match, with any trailing literals last.
Variants§
Triple
literal_len literal bytes, then match_len bytes copied from offset
bytes back in the decoded data.
Literals
The block’s trailing literals, after its last match. Reported last.
