Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.

The frame needs dictionary id, and this decoder takes none.

Available on crate feature legacy only.

A v0.5, v0.6 or v0.7 frame, which the owned decoders read and this one does not: their decoders allocate. Upstream’s static context refuses them likewise.
