Errors

Returns an error string when the HTTP client cannot be constructed.

pub fn resolve(self: &Arc<Self>, key: &str) -> Option<CompiledProfile>

Resolve key’s limit from the cache, serving a stale value while a background refresh runs. Returns None (fall through to the static profile) only when nothing is cached yet. Never blocks the request.
