Path

Struct Path

Source
pub struct Path<'a> { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

One certification path: the certificates from the target up, the anchor they lead to, and what the authorities along it agreed the target was issued under.

Implementations§

Source§

impl<'a> Path<'a>

Source

pub fn certificates(&self) -> &[&'a Certificate<'a>]

The certificates, the target first and the one the anchor issued last. The anchor’s own certificate is not among them.

Source

pub fn anchor(&self) -> Anchor<'a>

The anchor this path ends at.

Source

pub fn policies(&self) -> &[Oid<'a>]

The policies every authority along the path agreed the target was issued under, narrowed to the ones the caller asked about.

Empty says the path names no policy the caller asked about, which is a path only because nobody along it demanded that it name one.

A set rather than a list, and returned in one order whatever order the certificates wrote it in, so that two paths naming one set are told apart by walking them once.

Source

pub fn len(&self) -> usize

How many certificates the path holds.

Source

pub fn is_empty(&self) -> bool

Whether the path holds no certificates, which no path this builder returns does.
