Exact basic response from its format-defined retained container. CMS RFC5940 uses a whole OCSPResponse; legacy CAdES Annex A.1.4 explicitly carries BasicOCSPResponse. The format issuer admits the REAL placement; an arbitrary caller body cannot mint an indexed occurrence or evidence.
