adv_handle: AdvertisingHandle

Used to identify an advertising set

operation: AdvertisingOperation

Advertising operation

fragment: bool

Fragment preference. If set to true, the Controller may fragment all data, else the Controller should not fragment or should minimize fragmentation of data

data: &'a [u8]

Data formatted as defined in Bluetooth spec. v.5.4 [Vol 3, Part C, 11].
