Indicates that the Controller’s data buffers have been overflowed. This can occur if the Host has sent more packets than allowed.

Defined in Vol 2, Part E, Section 7.7.26 of the spec.

Fields

link_type: LinkType

Indicates whether the overflow was caused by ACL or synchronous data.
