Sent as SSE events with:

• id = sequence_number
• event = the event type name (e.g., “step_started”)
• data = JSON-serialized StatusEvent

Fields

sequence_number: u64

Journal sequence number (used as SSE id).

timestamp: Option<Timestamp>

Timestamp when this event was recorded.

event: Option<Event>

The event payload — exactly one of the following.
