Data structure of the lookup table.
Structs
Lookup-table for nets of low degree.
A pair of a wirelength vector with a tree.
Lookup-table for a single degree of nets.
Geometrical transformation of pins and trees.
Note: After applying the transformation, the points and trees must be shifted
such that the lower left corner of the bounding box is on (0, 0).
