One LOGICAL causal row, named by (namespace, entity, role, suffix).

The server expands it into every physical row the write must produce. While the collapsed-CF migration window is open that is TWO rows — the legacy per-role CF and the entity-major mirror — and emitting only one of them produces a write that reads back as absent, or a layout a rollback can no longer trust. Naming the row logically keeps that expansion where the reads are.
