Cross-shard ACID transactions (epic #1478, Phase 1). cross_shard_txn_enabled reflects the effective gate (env flag OR cluster option); default false. hlc_physical_ms / hlc_logical are the node’s current Hybrid Logical Clock reading (physical Unix-ms + logical tie-break), 0 when the feature is OFF (the clock is not sampled). Surfaces the flag + clock for observability.
