Aggregated usage summary for a session.

Token accounting

total_input_tokens is the total input context size across all turns, i.e. SUM(input_tokens + cache_read + cache_write) from the per-turn records. This is what the UI displays as “X in”.

total_cache_read and total_cache_write are the cached subsets of that total — useful for showing cache efficiency (e.g. “2.1k cached”).

Total input tokens (uncached + cache_read + cache_write).

total_output_tokens: u64

total_cache_read: u64

Tokens served from prompt cache.

total_cache_write: u64

Tokens written to prompt cache.

total_cost_usd: f64
