Struct stack_trait::LIFOEntry

source ·
pub struct LIFOEntry<'a, C: ?Sized>(/* private fields */);
Expand description

An “entry” object corresponding to the top element of the stack.

Existence of this object guarantees that the stack is not empty.

In a vector, this is an object representing the last element.

Implementations§

source§

impl<'a, C: ?Sized + Stack> LIFOEntry<'a, C>

source

pub unsafe fn new(stack: &'a mut C) -> Self

Creates a new “entry” object from the mutable reference to the container.

Safety

The stack must not be empty.

source

pub fn pop_pointee(self) -> C::Item

Pops the LIFO element from the stack.

Trait Implementations§

impl<'a, C: ?Sized + Stack> Deref for LIFOEntry<'a, C>

§

type Target = <C as Stack>::Item

source§

fn deref(&self) -> &Self::Target

Dereferences the value.
source§

source§

fn deref_mut(&mut self) -> &mut Self::Target

Mutably dereferences the value.
