Enum Error

Source
#[non_exhaustive]
pub enum Error<S, P> { Spi(S), Pin(P), }
Expand description

Driver error. S is the SPI error type, P is the error type of the DC and RST pins.

The state of the DC line after an error is not guaranteed, every command sets it again.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)§

This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
§

Spi(S)

SPI transaction failed

§

Pin(P)

DC or RST pin could not be driven

impl<S: Debug, P: Debug> Format for Error<S, P>

Available on crate feature defmt only.

Implemented by hand instead of derived: a derive would require S and P to be defmt::Format, which HAL error types usually are not. Debug is always there, because embedded_hal::spi::Error and digital::Error require it.

Source§

fn format(&self, f: Formatter<'_>)

Writes the defmt representation of self to fmt.
