Expand description

The Timecode Component Set — SMPTE ST 377-1:2019 Annex B §B.17 (byte 14/15 = 0x01/0x14): supplies a timecode reference inside a Track Sequence (typically in a Timecode Track).

Fields§

§interchange: InterchangeObjectFields

Interchange Object (A.1) base properties.

§data_definition: UlBytes

Data Definition (0x0201, Req) — UL identifying the essence kind (usually Timecode Data Definition).

§duration: Option<i64>

Duration (0x0202, Opt) — edit-unit count.

§start_timecode: i64

Start Timecode (0x1501, Req) — the initial timecode value (in edit units counted from midnight).

§rounded_timecode_base: u16

Rounded Timecode Base (0x1502, Req) — the integer frame rate the timecode runs at (e.g. 25, 30).

§drop_frame: bool

Drop Frame (0x1503, Req) — whether drop-frame counting applies (NTSC 29.97).

§dark: Vec<(u16, Vec<u8>)>

Unrecognized properties preserved for round-trip fidelity.

impl Serialize for TimecodeComponent

Source§

type Error = Error

The error type this implementer returns (usually the same as the corresponding Parse impl, but need not be).
Source§

fn serialized_len(&self) -> usize

Number of bytes serialize_into will write.
Source§

fn serialize_into(&self, buf: &mut [u8]) -> Result<usize>

Write the serialised form into buf. Returns the number of bytes written (always equal to serialized_len()).
