pub struct LoadStatement {
pub target: LoadTarget,
pub meta: Meta,
}Expand description
A LOAD <extension> extension/shared-library load statement.
PostgreSQL loads a shared library by string path (LOAD 'plpgsql'); DuckDB loads
an extension by a string (LOAD 'tpch', LOAD 'path/e.duckdb_extension') or a
bare name (LOAD tpch). UtilitySyntax::load_extension
gates the string form (both dialects);
UtilitySyntax::load_bare_name admits the DuckDB
bare-identifier argument. Non-generic: the argument is a name or a string literal,
never a general expression (DuckDB rejects LOAD 1 + 1).
Fields§
§target: LoadTargetObject targeted by this syntax.
meta: MetaSource location and node identity.
