Numeric / date comparison operators offered for ColumnKind::Integer, ColumnKind::Decimal, and ColumnKind::Date columns.

Operands are stored as f64; date operands are the Unix-seconds value of the parsed calendar date. Comparisons use f64::total_cmp so NaN is ordered deterministically and never triggers a float-equality lint.
