Entity row with enough data for graph export/query.

Fields

id: i64

Unique identifier.

name: String

Name of this item.

namespace: String

Namespace scope.

kind: String

Kind discriminator.

description: Option<String>

Stored description, None when NULL or empty (G-PR-7).

Carried so graph can export it: entities.description had no bulk read path in the CLI at all, which is what let a bad description-writing policy run unnoticed over a six-figure entity count.
