Cumulative count of network round trips the VFS has issued to the engine.

get_pages counts SqliteGetPagesRequest fetches and commit counts SqliteCommitRequest commits. Diffing two snapshots gives the round trips performed by the work that ran between them, such as a SQLite transaction.
