A SQLite storage request that failed without changing anything, in a way the caller can act on. The VFS reports it to SQLite as an I/O error, and the statement’s command returns it instead of SQLite’s generic disk I/O error.

Variants

Overloaded

Storage refused the request before running it, as when the volume’s writes are ahead of its tablet’s apply. The request may be sent again after retry_after_ms.
