DATE_FORMAT — MySQL-compatible alias for FORMAT_DATE.

Delegates to FormatDateFunction. Common specifiers (%Y, %m, %d, %H, %M, %S) are identical between MySQL and strftime. A handful of MySQL-only specifiers (%i for minutes, %W for full weekday name, %M for full month name) differ from strftime and are not translated here — use %M, %A, %B respectively.
