TRAILING_ZEROS(n) - Number of trailing zero bits in n.

Width-invariant (trailing zeros from the low end are the same regardless of the container width), so no width argument is needed. For n == 0 this returns -1 to match the convention used by LOWEST_BIT — “no bits set”.
