Colours laid over the theme the page ships with. The empty value is the built-in theme.

The values are CSS, and the city does not parse them: the page owns both the theme and the stylesheet that reads it, and checks the keys against the @theme block and the legibility of the result.

Fields

tokens: BTreeMap<String, String>

A CSS variable of the @theme block in client/src/theme.css, mapped to the CSS colour that replaces it.

css: Option<String>

A whole stylesheet the person wrote, laid after the tokens.
