What the read bound answers about one address.

Two of the three arms close, and they stay two arms because a model refused by each has a different next step: ask somebody inside the confidential building, or wait for a person to fix rules that do not read.

Variants

Open

The reader’s own building, or a building whose rules say confidential = false.

Confidential

A confidential building, asked about from outside it.

RulesUnreadable(AxError)

The rules that would answer did not read, so the building is closed: what they would have said may be confidential = true, and a privacy setting does not fail towards the permissive side.
