Struct NamespaceSegment 

pub struct NamespaceSegment(pub String);

One nonempty namespace segment, at most 255 UTF-8 bytes, with no control characters. Dot, dot-dot, and slash-containing segments are rejected. Segments are passed as JSON array elements, not parsed from dotted or slash-separated text.
