v7.37.6-B 仅 TimestampTz(i64 microseconds since epoch); v7.37.16 (16.6) 加全 PG 内建可比类型,匹配 Value 的对应 variant 以避免 LIST membership 比较时的类型转换。

MinValue / MaxValue 对应 SQL MINVALUE / MAXVALUE,仅 Range 策略有意义(LIST 无 minvalue/maxvalue 概念,HASH 不 使用 PartitionBound)。
