What a run of task finds before it starts: another task of the feature whose attempt waits for a person, with what it waits on (its attempt holds the feature’s worktree until it is decided and resumed).

The other task and what its call covers, when one waits.

§replaced_journal: Option<PathBuf>

Where a journal this build could not read was moved aside to.
