subject: String

The path, the whole command, or the MCP tool — never cut.

object: Vec<String>

The object a decision covers, as lines: the file (and the name as asked when it differs), the argv with its hash and the executable, the tool with its digest; and what changed since an approval of the same name, when something did.

sources: Vec<String>
