The check as Markdown, to this file.

github_check: Option<PathBuf>

The check-run request bodies ({create, updates}), to this file.

check_name: String

The check run’s name (super::check::NAME when empty).

allow_neutral: bool

A neutral outcome is published as neutral (else failure).

annotations: bool

The workflow-command annotations, and the check appended to $GITHUB_STEP_SUMMARY (where the check cannot be published).
