How the archive is confirmed.

Fields

change: Option<&'a str>

The change (else the only active one).

yes: bool

Confirmed in advance (--yes).

allow_unverified: &'a [String]

Tasks ticked without a verdict that the person accepts by name.

confirm: Option<&'a dyn Fn(&ArchiveReport) -> bool>

Asks the person, after the diff is shown; None: nobody to ask.

program: Option<PathBuf>

The openspec program (default: from PATH).
