A change to speccoder.toml: set a key, remove it, or append to a list.

Fields

key: String

The dotted key, e.g. budget.max_turns or checks.test.argv.

value: Option<Value>

The new value; absent (with no append) removes the key.

append: Option<Value>

An item to add to a list key (commands.allow), unless present.
