The format’s revising skill.

Sections it changed.

outside: Vec<String>

Of those, the ones no comment touched.

outcome: String

pending (the person keeps or undoes it), kept, undone.

files: Vec<String>

Files it changed (project-relative).

asked_again: Vec<String>

Requirements whose tests were asked again from test comments.

beside: Vec<String>

Documents changed while it ran by something other than the skill (the person’s own edit): Undo Revision never overwrites them.

diffs: Vec<SectionDiff>

While it waits to be kept or undone: each changed section, before and after, for the word diff.
