TickedWithoutEvidence

No commit carries the task’s verdict (ticked by hand).

Missing

The task commit has no attestation note.

Malformed

A line of the note does not parse, or the predicate is not v0.

BadSignature

A signature does not verify.

Mismatch

A statement disagrees with the commit, its trailers, the task line or the bundle.

UntrustedSigner

Signed by a key the verifier does not trust.

Unsigned

Not signed (unverifiable unless the caller accepts unsigned ticks).

CommitUnreachable

The commit the evidence names is not reachable from the head (a squash or rebase merge).

ToolMissing

The signature’s tool (ssh-keygen, gpg, cosign) cannot run.
